I am proud to say that I’m a native of Colorado. I grew up in Aurora and went to Wheeling Elementary, Aurora Hills Middle School, and Overland High School. I was the biggest dork in high school and I have no problem admitting it. I’m still in shock to this day that I was asked to my senior prom.
After high school I moved around a bit to Missouri for college and then to California and Texas for a job with Interscope Records, which was an amazing experience. Hanging out with famous musicians and getting tons of free CD’s, who would not enjoy that?! One of the best stories I have from that job is when I was working with a much known artist and his security team. I won’t say exactly who it was but let’s just say he is ½ a $1. The entire group, which was a ton of people, came to our office for a meet-n-greet. Later that night I had planned a dinner for him to meet some radio winners. He was hands down one of the nicest artist I have ever met. During the office visit his head of security asked to talk to me. We went into my office and he wanted to know if I had any idea where they could buy some ammunition. He informed me that all of there’s had been taken away at airport security. It was a very interesting moment!
These days you can find me at my favorite bars Don’s Mixed Drinks, Salty Rita’s, and College Inn drinking Coors light and playing Word Dojo. Or you can find me at my favorite restaurants The Crushery on old Pearl street and Sodonas (sushi is the way to my heart it’s yummy to my tummy!).
If I am not drinking or playing Word Dojo then I am either at a Broncos game, Mammoth game, or out riding around town on my Harley (yes, it’s true I do own a Harley). I also spend time at home with my friends (aka fellow band members) rocking out on the game Rock Band. I was the biggest idiot for buying that game but now I just can’t stop…I am the best drummer in the world! We still need a singer for our band though.
